  • Will develop, implement and standardize Globally the BOP (Bill of Process) for Machining area - CNC mills, Lathes, grinders etc.
  • Will develop process for CNC equipment, including fixtures, cutting tools, gages
  • Elaborate equipment specification
  • Conduct Equipment validation
  • Support all thermal compressor plants in continuous improvement and cost reduction
  • Prepare PFMEA/PCP/work instruction
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new processes and vertical integration
  • Support all compressor plants in problem-solving
  • Lead/ensure the lessons learned are shared and implemented globally
  • Travel of up to 25% of your time to manufacturing plants locally and internationally as well as the customer can be expected


  • Must have a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Must have 5-8 years of experience in processes development (preferably with automotive background)
  • Knowledgeable in machining (turning/milling/grinding) - CNC programs
  • Must have working experience in developing Engineering documentation such as PCP/SPC/PFMEA/ equipment specifications/work instructions/technical reports
  • Must have the ability to manage time and organize effectively with multiple projects Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • With experience working with vendors and managing equipment build
  • Writing skills, including technical reports and equipment specifications
  • Willing to travel
  • Good communication skills - must be able to communicate verbally and in written form with all levels of the organization


  • Salary - $80,000 - $90,000 annually
  • Paid relocation package (Regional)

The incumbent's duties are varied and range from setting up equipment in laboratories to tutoring students in developmental centers. The tasks assigned are generally of a supportive nature and may be performed in the classroom, laboratory, research or development center, learning center, or computer center. The work is performed under general supervision of an instructor or other faculty member. Supervision may be exercised over students or clerical assistants; does related work as required. TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES: * Assists instructor in classroom and laboratory by demonstrating apparatus, equipment and teaching aids; * Administers and/or proctors tests under direction of instructor or other faculty member; * Works with students in use of various technical equipment in classroom and laboratory; * Tutors students on individual basis in classroom, laboratory or learning center; * Assists instructor in maintaining academic records, preparing reports, etc.; * Requisitions, maintains and issues supplies and equipment to students and faculty; * Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment; * Performs routine maintenance on and make minor repairs of apparatus, equipment, and teaching aids. * Tutors students in reading, writing, and research and study skills * Records students 'progress and data pertaining to tutoring and notifies instructors * Assists Faculty in research and development activities KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Good knowledge of fundamentals of machine repair, and equipment installation; good knowledge of subjects in the academic area in which assigned; ability to work with and tutor students in academic area in which assigned; ability to work with students and faculty in effective manner; ability to understand and follow detailed oral and written reports; initiative; resourcefulness; reliability; integrity; physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Industrial Experience, High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred.
