Our Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support our Vacuum Systems Business including New Product Development. The ideal candidate will have an opportunity to work on exciting projects that are relevant to the company's growth.

What you will do:

  • Develop, implement and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.

  • Collaborate with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.

  • Estimate manufacturing cost determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.

  • Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

  • May be responsible for a business activity, or lead small projects, assume several components of a larger project or program, or complex portion of a large project/program.

  • May assist and/or provide limited supervision to more junior staff members.

  • Develop resolutions to diverse and complex problems very often requiring creativity.

  • Exercises judgment using generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for arriving at solutions.

  • May represent the organization on projects and collaborate with customers. Impact of errors may have implications requiring significant expenditure of resources to correct and/or achieve project goals.

What you will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or Masters with 2+ years' experience. 4+ years preferred or equivalent

  • Semiconductor industry experience a plus

  • Vacuum systems/products knowledge a plus

  • New product introduction and/or program management experience a plus

  • Ability to work under limited supervision on assignments that require a comprehensive knowledge of the subject area.
