Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer II

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lean Manufacturing Engineer II. This role requires an exceptional problem solver who will lead process, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing and warehousing operations. You will also work closely with our suppliers, vendors, and partners to improve costs, quality, and services related to raw materials and operating supplies. This role provides an excellent opportunity to take your engineering experience and create new product manufacturing with process documentation and training. If you have a strong sense of job ownership and are proactive in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, this role is for you. You will enjoy the creative aspects of the role and the chance to work with a great team of operations folks.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Stuanton, Virginia.

Work Environment

You will be working in a small engineering team with one other Manufacturing Engineer. The role involves working with the operations team to get our Staunton site up and running, playing a significant part in our anticipated growth. Safety and compliance with government regulations and requirements are crucial aspects of our work environment.
