Role Summary: Level II - Sr. Level

  • Position: Manufacturing Engineer (II - Sr.)

  • Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing process flow and floor layout.

  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and develop corrective actions.

  • Draft and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).

  • Establish standard work and equipment parameters.

  • Collaborate on product development and tooling design.

  • Support process optimization and automation.

  • Resolve quality issues.

  • Achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field.

  • Experience: At least 3 years in an equipment-intensive medical device manufacturing environment.

  • Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks, plastics processing experience, and strong communication skills.
