Description:
This Manufacturing Engineer will be a leader in development and implementation of manufacturing processes within the assigned value stream. They will plan and improve production methods by estimating production times and optimum staffing to meet production goals. They will provide results driven technical support in all manufacturing functions and serve as a key member of the engineering team capable of carrying out needed engineering initiatives, with emphasis on processes, supporting product design, planning and coordinating.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Ability to accurately and thoroughly document processes, procedures, and training documents.
Ability to engage and influence cross functionally within the broader organization.
Project Management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams towards timely task completion
Demonstrated effective analytical skills
Demonstration of problem solving skills, sound judgement, and solid decision making.
General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office expert level knowledge of Teams, Word, creating Excel spreadsheets, graphs and charts, preparing presentations and using statistical software to analyze and interpret process data.
Self-directed with effective management of personal time.
