Manufacturing Department Executive Assistant

In this role, you have the opportunity to:
The Manufacturing Department Assistant supports the Director, HPM Operations and often also one or more employees in that department. The candidate will support the operations staff and support groups that are onsite everyday.
You are responsible for:
Performing all administrative supporting tasks
Responsible for purchasing of non production material for manufacturing and support group
Provides support to projects and events
Manages data (archives and databases) and platforms (websites)
Maintains department training records and tracks adherence to training completion (TEDS)
Processes emails and advises on priorities
Manages office supplies
Prepares draft letters/mails/ office documents/meeting minutes
Arranges and coordinates business travel plans
May train and coach other departmental assistants
You are a part of: Hospital Patient Monitoring
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years administrative experience required.
Experience working in a federally regulated environment.
Possess strong interpersonal, organizational and production skills.
Strong written and verbal communication as well as project management skills.
Experience working in a global team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Proficient in the use of software applications especially Microsoft Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and web-based virtual meeting applications and tools.
