Manufacturing Cost Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Cost Analyst with a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing cost analysis, estimating, and/or production management. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing and reporting on manufacturing costs and variances.

This includes analyzing production orders, job cost data, operational efficiency, and capacity planning. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed cost and variance analysis related to manufacturing processes Analyze production orders, job cost data, and assess operational efficiency Assist in capacity planning and provide insight into production optimization Collaborate in the development and implementation of lean manufacturing principles and objectives Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing cost analysis, estimating, or production management Proficiency in ERP systems within a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Experience in lean manufacturing principles and their application Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
