Position Reports to: Director of Pricing and Business Analytics

Position Summary

To provide analytical support by gathering and interpreting data in critical areas including North Americas Reporting and Business Steering. To communicate with Executive Management, sales teams and individual sites on results, development recommendations for improvements, and future state projections.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide vision, leadership and drive the analytical focus of the business data in the Manufacturing and Planning functions and processes.

• Monitor business trends, price management, operational metrics, and strategic planning activities to provide clarity, design, and documentation of business data.

• Work closely with the functional representatives in the development of simplified/lean process improvements or operating practices which best utilize the systems to improve quality, increase productivity, and support business goals.

• Responsible for the completion of timely reports and analysis of projects and activities within functional area by providing real time data to others as well as maintaining individual project responsibilities.

• Provide support and communication of the HCA 5-quarter volume forecast.

• Assist with the design, implementation, and then support for the HCA workbook of manufacturing costs by site for benchmarking and cost control.

• Assist with ongoing enhancements and maintenance of data integrity.

• Participate in pre- and post-merger and acquisition activities.

• Perform any other project/task as assigned by Management.

Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business (Accounting, Analytics, Finance, Business Administration emphasis). Experience may be considered in lieu of education.

• Seven (7) years' previous work experience in a related field, manufacturing environment, preferred.

• Proven record of accomplishment in implementing change

• Strong data analytic skills including the ability to develop queries as needed to support data collection and reporting.

• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.

• Excellent computer/systems skills - MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook). General knowledge of ERP Systems functionality (e.g., IFS, SAP, SAGE, Fourth Shift, TARGET, iScala, etc.)

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Excellent cooperation and collaboration skills

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

• Attention to detail, high energy, self-motivated and self-reliant.

• Ability to prioritize daily workload and work in a team environment.
