The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for assisting plant operations by performing the following duties:

Key Responsibilities
May unload unfinished parts from containers and hang on appropriate racks for processing
May unload finished parts from rack and pack in appropriate container
May apply or remove masking
Promotes and utilizes 5S standards for the line to improve efficiency, cleanliness and safety
Participate in problem solving and process improvements to correct failures to meet customer commitments or plant metrics and performance.
Experience and Education

Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand 8+ hours a day.

Duties and responsibilities increase with the HR Business Partner Associate senior position. The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner Associate works under the supervision of more senior Human Resources staff to proactively deliver Human Resources objectives and special programs within a specified region/area, in support of increased employee and organizational effectiveness. Principal Accountabilities: * Works under the supervision of more senior Human Resources staff to provide support to various work groups within a specified region/area. Obtains and maintains a deep understanding of business unit partners, and maintains a close accessible relationship with clients. Contributes proactively to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes and facilitates long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda. * Develops credible and trusting relationships with leaders, managers, and employees, and assumes key role as chief HR advisor, within supported groups. * Proactively counsels and advises business unit partners on employee relations and performance management issues, policy & procedure interpretation, and program administration. * Assists business unit partners in providing employees with development opportunities that align with current and future performance standards. * Acts as a liaison between business unit partners and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs, and identifies new opportunities for HR to add value to the business. * Coordinates day-to-day responses to HR issues, and partners with others in Human Resources to ensure timely delivery of HR services that directly support the accomplishment of enterprise-wide, corporate, Business Unit and departmental objectives. Works collaboratively with other HR groups and the organization to meet customer needs and expectations. * Assists Talent Acquisition team with onboarding activities as needed. * Understands and solicits employee opinions and anticipates their needs and concerns. Develops and promotes ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes. * Investigates and assists with the resolution of employee disputes and disciplinary activity within supported groups, and monitors trends to ensure effective management.
