Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

The Program Management Coordinator for Google Express will be a self-starter who will help to coordinate the end to end integration with our partners from onboarding to optimization and help tech put solutions in place to streamline and scale partner engagements. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating status and goals to our partners and project stakeholders.

  • Manage ongoing onboarding and inventory programs and processes, working closely with external partners, business development, and teams of analysts and engineers

  • Manage technical projects or programs, develop and track milestones and schedules for the many moving parts that need to come together.

  • Work directly with partners to understand specific integration requirements, develop project plans, coordinate testing efforts, collect feedback, and manage overall relationship.

  • Ensure success of all partnerships, internally and externally, by driving smooth integration during product and feature launches.

  • Manage communication of progress/status within the core team and to external teams.

  • Analyze data using logic and reason to make sound decisions and recommendations.

  • Work with Partner Operations Managers and Partner Technology Managers to define and prioritize new tools and product feature requests required to scale and improve Operations team processes and performance.

JOB SUMMARY: The Community Support Specialist provides community support services to adults with mental illness as defined by DC Mental Health Rehabilitation Services regulations using a Strengths Based Recovery Model. The position performs administrative work providing accurate and comprehensive documentation of all services within specified time limits. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establish productive relationships with consumers to promote achievement of Individual Recovery Plan (IRP) goals and regularly participate in the development and update of each consumer's IRP. * Develop and utilize and Individual Crisis Plan strategies to assist each assigned consumer in stressor situations to avoid hospitalizations. * Provide mental health education, support and consultation to consumers, families and other support systems the consumer has in the community which is directed exclusively to the well-being and benefit of the consumer. * Conduct regular home visits to assess consumer's strengths and needs and level of care. * Deliver required services for an assigned caseload of consumers and review consumers progress or lack of progress towards goals and potential high-risk situations with Clinical Manager during weekly supervision. * Perform administrative work through accurate and complete documentation of all services (billable and non-billable) in Credible by the next business day. Within 90 days of employment, show proficiency using the Credible EHR to include: * Maintain an average of five (5) billable hours for every working day after 90 days of employment (holiday, sick, personal and vacation days are excluded). * Attend all administrative, in-service education and other meetings as required; weekly individual supervision required with Clinical Manager (team meetings do not count as supervision). * Perform all other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * GED or HS Diploma. * 2 years of direct service experience in a social service setting with adults who have mental illness. SKILLS and COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: * Ability communicate in English, in written and oral form. * Skill in co-occurring disorders treatment. * Driving is required.
