Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

The Program Management Coordinator for Google Express will be a self-starter who will help to coordinate the end to end integration with our partners from onboarding to optimization and help tech put solutions in place to streamline and scale partner engagements. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating status and goals to our partners and project stakeholders.

  • Manage ongoing onboarding and inventory programs and processes, working closely with external partners, business development, and teams of analysts and engineers

  • Manage technical projects or programs, develop and track milestones and schedules for the many moving parts that need to come together.

  • Work directly with partners to understand specific integration requirements, develop project plans, coordinate testing efforts, collect feedback, and manage overall relationship.

  • Ensure success of all partnerships, internally and externally, by driving smooth integration during product and feature launches.

  • Manage communication of progress/status within the core team and to external teams.

  • Analyze data using logic and reason to make sound decisions and recommendations.

  • Work with Partner Operations Managers and Partner Technology Managers to define and prioritize new tools and product feature requests required to scale and improve Operations team processes and performance.

He/she will possess work experience supporting government contracts across a wide range of regulatory, pharmaceutical, clinical and academic disciplines. He/she will utilize their comprehensive understanding of compliance and oversight of HRPP to support development of protection regulations, policies, and procedures for implementation across all DoD components engaged in and/or supporting Human Subjects Research. The position provides technical and functional support to the Office of the Director, Defense Research and Engineering for Research & Technology in Alexandria, VA (Mark Center). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a technical and scientific research environment comprised of a highly technical customer base. This opportunity will broaden candidate's perspective of issues involved in Human Subjects Protection. Responsibilities What you'll do… * Track, coordinate, and plan activities, reports and program information within the Human Systems Directorate. * Apply knowledge of the compliance and oversight process of DoD Human Subjects Research Protection Programs (HRPP) * Support outreach to DoD Component Directors to develop policies, plans, and procedures to ensure DoD and Component compliance with the ethical and regulatory requirements for human subject research supported or conducted by the Components. * Exercise leadership to identify and address regulatory and ethical issues. Assist with Component audits, inspections, and visits for compliance with Federal and DoD regulations and policies for protection of human subjects. Candidate will be responsible for supporting client conduct compliance reviews of Component policies, management plans, processes, training, etc. * On behalf of client, respond to DoD-wide concerns and review, prepare, and issue responses to waivers, suspensions, terminations, Secretarial Requests, Reportable Events, Public Concerns, inter-component matters, official DoD interpretation, and Component Office appointments. Draft and develop protection regulations, policies, and procedures for implementation across all DoD components engaged in and/or supporting Human Subjects Research. * For emerging Human Subjects Research Protection Programs (HRPP) concerns, collect, analyze, and evaluate data from publicly available resources, policy statements, and regulations concerning the protection of human subjects to prepare reports. Make recommendations to assist SES Director, in identifying and addressing new developments and unanticipated issues related to Human Subjects Protection. * Interface with General Counsel and Component Counsel on legal matters as directed by SES and propose, develop, and enforce new policies and existing federal and DoD regulations, policies, and procedures related to human subjects research. Prepare and submit Federal Register Notices and inputs to Notices, responses to Congressional Inquiry, input to White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) data requests and policy input, drafts memorandums on behalf of client. * Prepare and deliver presentations to Component Office Directors, Institutional Officials, Research Investigators on special issues. On behalf client, develop and distribute whitepapers and guidance on policy interpretation and process improvement.
