- Continuous Improvement: Executing and coordinating training programs related to
- Lean philosophy, continuous improvement tools, and change management.
- Project Management: Utilizing principles of project management to manage projects
- effectively.
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with contract manufacturers to identify value
- engineering and process improvement opportunities.
- Logistics: Setting up logistics processes and managing fulfillment centers.
