Compensation: $22 - $27 per hour (Experience-based)

Shift: 8 am to 5 pm (Flexibility required for overtime and occasional weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Manage setup and operation of manual machining equipment for various tasks including drilling, grinding, and milling.

• Interpret complex engineering drawings to determine production specifications.

• Monitor and adjust machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

• Maintain detailed records of production and quality metrics.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machining equipment.

• Continuously assess and improve manual machining processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Ensure that finished products meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a CNC Machine Operator.

• Proficiency in interpreting mechanical documents and engineering blueprints.

• Experience with basic mill setups and familiarity with Fanuc controls are preferred.

• Strong understanding of geometric symbols, tolerances, and blueprint interpretation.

• Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
