Manual Lathe Machinist

Job Description Job Description First shift: Monday-Friday, 700am - 3:30pm Overview The manual lathe machinist is responsible for setting up and operating a manual lathe with digital readout to produce quality parts for our customers.

Regularly inspect tools and equipment to produce precision parts. Communicate any delays, issues, or concerns to shop foreman. Responsible for ensuring your measuring equipment is accurate by using the standard in the inspection room.

Other duties as assigned. What you'll bring Proficient operating manual lathes ( preferably with digital readout ). 5 years’ experience as a machinist on a manual lathe ( required ). Skillful at producing quality parts with tight tolerances. Ability to read and understand blueprints.
