POSITION OVERVIEW

SteerBridge seeks a Manpower Data Analyst III support to contact center engineering and services. Using multiple software applications, the Manpower Data Analyst III resolves high priority, complex data discrepancy cases within prescribed time limits. Casework includes working directly with high-ranking stakeholders across directives and agencies, full case analysis and resolution of the issue. Casework often requires coordination with database administrators and/or executing simple SQL scripts due to the type of data discrepancy requiring fixing.Veterans and Military Spouses encouraged to apply.

REQUIRED

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Ability to work on occasion at Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

EDUCATION

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with SQL scripts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analyzing and correcting discrepant data.
• Basic knowledge of Defense Manpower Data Center data processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving skills, and verbal and written communication skills.

SKILLS

Candidates must bring demonstrated skills/experience in:

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are essential for this role. Candidates should be proficient in data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and data visualization tools. Experience with software such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or specialized workforce planning software may be required.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are important for presenting findings, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing insights to management. The ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations is highly valued.
• Attention to Detail: Manpower data analysis often involves working with large datasets and identifying trends or anomalies. Attention to detail is crucial for accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
