The Work

Supply Chain Execution and Fulfillment professionals plan and implement innovative solutions in areas including warehouse management and operations, distribution network design, tagging and tracking and transportation management as well as enhancing customer service through better order management and overall fulfillment.

Supply Chain professionals who can develop and implement integrated supply and warehouse management solutions that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness and create synergies and collaboration across companies.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

  • Interacts with key business and IT stakeholders on to-be state solution design matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.

  • Conduct the Business Requirements gathering and To-Be state design workshops.

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Job Qualifications

Here's What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in Manhattan Warehouse (WMS and WMOS)

Nice To Have

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing large scale warehouse management solutions in Retail, CPG/Manufacturing industries

  • Hands-on functional experience with Manhattan WMS/WMOS suite of applications and Implementation experience of Manhattan WMS solution is a must

  • Experienced in integrating Manhattan WMS solution with other downstream execution/planning applications and ERP

  • Experience in driving a business team through designing and/or re-designing complex planning scenarios

  • An architect that can provide thought leadership around best practices, developed or supported business team in overall business processes, and defined functional requirements that needed to be supported by Manhattan WMS application

  • Ability to prepare materials and drive/ conduct required design workshops with the client personnel to explain how Manhattan WMS applications work and document the as-is to to-be process

  • Experienced in full development lifecycle in Manhattan WMS - Business Process Design, Solution Blueprint, System Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Business Stabilization/ Hyper Care

  • Ability to travel up to 80%

The Netherlands Multi-Use Warehouse Inventory Manager is responsible for all Supply Chain Management in support of the F135 Global Spares Pool (GSP) Multi Use Warehouse in the Netherlands Region. This position is located in the Netherlands Key Responsibilities: * Depot-level spare materials support for F135 depot operations, provide global inventory warehousing and distribution services for the F-35 unit-level operating locations, and ensure logistics planning and execution tied to the maturation of the F135 repair cycle process. * The Inventory Manager drives integration and communications to ensure that depot and unit level parts' shortages are resolved in an efficient manner. * You will serve as primary liaison with P&W East Hartford global spares support team to flag and work to reconcile standard/gross deltas in depot and overall theatre spares supportability. * The Inventory Manager will coordinate with the F135 Global Spares Package (GSP) Multi-Use Warehouse for rapid pick/pack/ship of F135 spares, including DSPs and ASPs, for unit-level peace time and contingency support operations, and tailored spares kit builds to support Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) compression planning for depot-level maintenance. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree is required. * Must be a U.S. Citizen with a secret security clearance and be able to maintain security clearance. * A minimum of 10+ years of experience in an operational supply chain and/or logistics management capacity along with leadership experience. * At least 3 years of proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Preferred Qualifications: * Leadership/management experience is strongly preferred. * In-depth knowledge of PW/UTC internal supply policies, practices, and standard work is highly desired, as is proficiency in the complete range of SAP spares-related transactions. * Familiarity with engine Bills of Material, spares configuration management databases, and spares provisioning tables is highly desired. * Good analytical skills are a must: individual must be able to organize, logically analyze and present spares information that may be pulled in from several info systems. * A working knowledge of current Department of Defense engine material and logistics support concepts is beneficial. * A good working knowledge of international shipping/export compliance is desired. * The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate work experience that details examples of self-starting ability, initiative, and capacity to drive complex issues to closure. * Must be able to obtain/maintain required work permits, clearances, and access.
