This new build which will encompass the duel branded hotels with a total of 402 rooms. The project will have multiple outlets and event space including 9,000 square feet of meeting space.

The responsibilities of the Managing Director include managing the daily hotel operations to achieve planned goals for the operational integrity as measured by revenue, house profit and RevPAR index. The achievement of these goals should take place while maintaining brand / Hyatt standards for guest and customer satisfaction, colleague satisfaction and quality assurance. The Managing Director will demonstrate leadership and a professional image to colleagues, guests, customers, local community representatives, vendors and competitors.

Your success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Develop and execute strategies and tactics that will result in achievement of our budgeted revenue and profit goals

  • Establish outstanding relationships within the thriving Hollywood community

  • Set up property for success for year over year profit and ADR goals

  • Create two distinct experiences with the same Executive property team

  • Has a proven track record as a General Manager in a resort or multi-outlet hotel environment

  • Experienced leader who can effectively manage a team and ensure action plans and goals are attained

  • A self-starter who is able to work creatively

  • Have a leadership role in the community and/or volunteers extensively
