The scope of the role includes:

  • Optimize Target Operating Model for the Operations: working in partnership with our Business and Technology leads to develop a comprehensive blueprint of operational services supported by an organizational model, location strategy, and competency model. Including driving operational re-engineering and business architecture across multiple businesses, workstreams and operational functions.

  • Client collaboration initiatives: engaging directly with clients to improve front-to-back process efficiency, align data models, and ensure maximum levels of transparency.

  • Internal Collaboration: partner with global compliance, risk management teams to deliver consistent processes and practices within the regulatory framework.

  • Drive improvements in scale and efficiency: lead a program of change initiatives to deliver continuous reductions in Operations unit costs through process re-engineering, client collaboration, investments in core technology and deployment of agile digital tools, particularly in the areas of AI-driven process automation.

  • Develop a data strategy: promote a data-centric culture in Operations by equipping line managers with the tools and capabilities to dynamically identify process bottlenecks, client delivery issues, and data quality issues.  Partner with the Business and Technology in defining and implementing an end-to-end data quality strategy.

  • Harness the value of Artificial Intelligence for Operations: partner with the Business and Technology to actively engage with internal AI teams, FinTechs and other thought leaders in the industry to experiment with and deploy AI capabilities in Operations.

We are seeking an experienced Operations leader with:

  • Bachelors' degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

  • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.

  • 15 plus years of total work experience (securities or financial services preferred) with management experience preferred. Experience should include successfully building and leading large & diverse teams in global financial institutions, in a collaborative and sustainable manner.

  • Design Perspective/Process Engineering experience/Logistics expertise
