Enterprise Marketing Products and Solutions (EMPS) is chartered with driving agile marketing solutions and enabling innovative, high-quality marketing for the enterprise, while transforming end-to-end marketing processes and platforms. As part of EMPS, the US Marketing Solutions (USMS) team focuses on the execution of US Marketing campaigns.

This exciting role is a Manager/Sr. Manager of Process Improvement on the USMS Prospect Campaign and Solutions Execution Team (CSET). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process optimization in partnership with operations, product and marketing stakeholders. The scope of work will include improving and enhancing business processes and providing support to marketers to streamline and improve campaign execution. This role will manage two direct reports who are responsible for direct mail channel set up for both Consumer and Commercial business units. Candidate must be able to function independently, effectively prioritize their work, and be willing to bring new ideas to the table.

The Manager/Sr. Manager of Process Improvement will:

  • Ability to document and assess E2E execution processes for the Prospect value chain, make recommendations for improvements and enhancements, and drive the implementation of those initiatives.

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities; present findings and potential solutions to leadership

  • Build relationships, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal partners to develop quicker and more efficient processes

  • Develop metrics to measure effectiveness of new processes

  • Support change management planning, training and communication activities across stakeholders

  • Manage 2 tenured sr. analysts, providing guidance for day to day tasks and support career growth and development

  • Foster a colleague culture of inclusion and diversity

Qualifications

  • Prefer Engineering, Management Information System, Operations Management, Mathematics, Economics degree and/or 4 years+ related business experience (i.e. consultant, business process reengineering).

  • Be proficient in all MS Office Applications (especially MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Project, MS Powerpoint)

  • Critical thinker who can challenge the status quo

  • Strong ability to lead cross functional teams toward achieving common project goals and the presence to articulately present to senior leadership

  • Ability to work well with ambiguity

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, through a balance of data and instinctual insights

  • Attention to detail with ability to find root cause and potential solutions

  • Comfortable at breaking down complex ideas into tactical execution plans

  • Experience working in Salesforce a plus

  • Grace under pressure

  • Strong stakeholder and partner relationship building skills

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + sales incentive + equity (if applicable) + benefits
