Job Summary

The Manager

  • Major Accounts would be responsible for all billing and customer service related activities for Major Accounts (non-Choice transportation customers) and marketers (Choice and non-Choice). In addition, the Manager

  • Major Accounts would manage a portfolio of Rate XD customers by being their primary contact for contract, rate, billing, and infrastructure discussions, and maximizing sales and margins for these customers while minimizing fuel switching and avoiding bypasses. Additionally, this position would be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing innovative marketing plans and projects that focus on new technologies, including but not limited to Combined Heat and Power (CHP), Natural Gas Vehicles (CNG/LNG), desiccant dehumidification, micro turbines, and fuel cells.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the monthly billing processes for the UGI Gas and Electric Divisions' Major Account customers and marketer accounts for both Choice and non-Choice transportation gas deliveries in accordance with Company tariffs. Coordinate with Customer Relations, Accounting, Rates, Gas Supply, and IS departments on maintaining Company regulatory policies and procedures. Manage and coordinate the preparation of reports for internal stakeholders, external customers, marketers and consultants.

  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile Rate XD customers by being their primary contact for contract, rate, billing, and infrastructure discussions, and maximizing sales and margins for these customers while minimizing fuel switching and avoiding bypasses.

  • Manage the input, maintenance and analysis of information applicable to Major Account customers' remote metering, nominations, monthly usage and imbalance activity. Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies, meter/device malfunctions, irregular usage patterns and fuel switching on a timely basis. Provide support to Meter Reading, M&R, Customer Accounting and Credit & Collections applicable to Major Accounts.

  • Develop, implement, and manage innovative marketing plans and projects that focus on new natural gas technologies, including but not limited to Combined Heat and Power (CHP), CNG/LNG Vehicles, desiccant dehumidification, micro turbines, and fuel cells. Be the primary resource for technical and sales support for the EE&C and sales teams in activities related to new technologies.

  • Monitor and perform the necessary tasks to ensure the Major Account Billing controls are in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. As needed, provide supporting documentation for internal and external auditing requests.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Thorough knowledge of UGI gas and electric tariffs for Major Accounts

  • Knowledge and experience working with SAP

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Strong managerial skills

  • Knowledge of gas technologies, gas equipment, combustion, energy conservation, and other general industry knowledge

Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Length of Experience: At least one year

Medcor is looking to hire an LPN Full-Time to be the Clinic Manager in an employer based, occupational health clinic setting in Denver, PA. The hours for this position will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 12:00pm - 10:00pm. (No weekends or on-call). In this position, you will provide oversight and support of clinic workflows, logistics, and scheduling. You will also be responsible for the clinic operations. You will work collaboratively with key client stakeholders, including health, safety, environmental, HR and benefits professionals, as well as working with medical and operational leadership at Medcor. This hands-on manager position includes patient care, ongoing workers compensation case management, Return to Work (RTW) program support, treatment plan monitoring, and OSHA record keeping. This position will work closely with outside medical providers. A typical day in the life of a Medcor Clinic Manager * Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations * Provide superior customer service to Medcors client and employees * Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcors Evidence Based Medicine protocols, known as the Medcor Care Protocols (MCPs) * Build and maintain internal team relationships * Support for onsite employee health and wellness efforts * Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety and environmental practices * Collaborate with client human resources and benefits professionals on clinic issues * Document and manage information using electronic medical records software and other tools. * Pre-employment and post-offer screenings * Physical Assessment Testing (PATs) * Case management * OSHA record-keeping * General administrative duties You Must * Be able to operationally lead and support a clinic team * Have valid licensure for the position in which you are applying and current CPR/BLS certification * Have strong computer and other technology skills (navigate cell phones, texting, fax machines, etc), as well as familiarity with EMR software * Be strong enough to lift a 50lb emergency response bag * Possess excellent verbal / written communication skills * Have a positive and outgoing personality * Be willing to go above and beyond just because thats who you are * Be passionate about people and giving them the best care humanly possible * Be able to have fun It's a Plus If * You are comfortable working in a worksite clinic environment * You have relevant occupational health experience * You have experience in emergency medicine or critical care Benefits We dont just advocate for our clients and our patients; we also advocate for ourselves.
