JOB SUMMARY: The Breast Center Manager has overallresponsibility for developing, managing, and implementing the ComprehensiveBreast Care Center. Criticalresponsibilities include working with the Oncology Service Line to maintainaccreditation; engage affiliated physicians (both employed and private practicephysicians) to forge a coordinated Breast Center program; administrativeoversight of all Breast Center staff; oversight of the three Specialty Clinics,oncology outpatient staff; administrative support to BCOE; budget preparation,strategic planning, staff education, data analysis, and patient flowassessment.
PURPOSE: Accomplishing these responsibilities includesdeveloping collegial relationships, working teams, processes and proceduresthat are uniform across the system. TheBreast Center Manager is responsible for expanding the scope of services withinthe Comprehensive Breast Center along with Medical Leadership and KentuckyOneHealth Saint Joseph East Administration by developing advanced Breast Centerprograms and preparing the system to respond to new opportunities created byadvances in science and changes in healthcare policy.

Administrative Oversight of BPL
Development of collegial relationship with KY-Oneorganization
Standardization of Central and Eastern KY Breast CareCenters
Job Requirements /Qualifications
Education /Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred):
Experience (required andpreferred):
Five years supervisory/managerial experience
Five years radiology tech experience
Breast Care background
Mammography experience preferred
Ultrasound experience preferred
