The Worldwide People Programs team enables our Channel Partners to deliver the best possible Apple experience and sales results through their people and our Apple sales staff. We do this by partnering across Apple to create integrated global staffing programs that drive advocacy and customer experience.
As the Manager for the Worldwide People Strategies team, you are responsible for leading a team that creates, leads and implements effective program(s) that deliver a consistent Apple Brand Experience in our global retail partner stores. All program(s) developed and implemented need to employ quality and scalability across all of Apple's reseller partners worldwide. You will guide your team and work closely with key partners across Training, Finance, Consumer and Enterprise Sales, Operations, Marketing, Technology teams and others to deliver innovative sales enablement solutions and programs. As Manager, you will also help to see around corners and formulate the organizations business strategy each year, which includes key growth projects, budget management, system and tools development and program innovation.

Lead and inspire the team that develops Apple badged and other third party channel staff programs with components such as execution playbooks, partner sell-in decks, RFP's, process flow, training and communications material.
Partner with key partners and formulate a plan and team to create staffing models that drive effective coverage and help us measure our partners ability to meet staffing goals.
Partner and lead regional partners on the deployment of your own programs. You will drive the set-up of infrastructure and execution cadence to deploy a successful program based on their specific regional needs.
Drive a team to develop solutions that foster people engagement with Apple products and services, including strategic sales events, engagement programs, rewards and incentives.
Manage program cycles by developing strategies and operational solutions that ultimately mitigate issues, increase engagement and gets results.
Help develop a Program Management Office within the team that will improve tracking, delivery and partner management.
Analyze and model worldwide staffing coverage solutions in several sales routes to market.
Contribute to the innovation and development of new people engagement technologies that drive training, performance and social learning.
Act as the primary partner to the Consumer Sales Programs team to create the best in class customer experience by connecting merchandising, digital and people.
Work closely with Regional Managers and Programs teams to effectively deploy and delivery worldwide programs and processes.
Develop, motivate and inspire a team towards their life's best work and career goals.
Education & Experience
BA/BS MBA Preferred
