KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Enterprise Solutions for our Management Consulting practice.


  • Lead Workday Financials projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Workday applications

  • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries

  • Lead the day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews

  • Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements

  • Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial/cost management policies


  • A minimum of five years of enterprise resource planning (ERP), Financials implementation and upgrade experience

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university

  • Completion of one full implementation with Workday Financials and Workday certification in Financials or Integration (Please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that doesn't currently the aforementioned certification will be required to secure one within three months from the commencement of employment)

  • Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level

  • Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality

  • Travel may be up to 80-100%

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Global Risk Analytics Technology (GRA Tech) supports the Global Risk Analytics group at Bank of America. The Global Risk Analytics (GRA) group is responsible for developing analytics to support Risk modeling activities across all lines of business at the Bank. As such, GRA Tech is responsible for building a cohesive platform needed to support all Risk model development and execution activity. This platform supports regulatory mandates such as CCAR, CECL, etc. along with the day to day risk management activities as well. GRA Tech seeks an experienced hands on technical lead and functional architect to lead the development of core data and analytics infrastructure for the GRA Core Platform. The ideal candidate for this role will provide technical design direction to ensure optimal implementation of the data pipelines and market model. Ability to both write and review code is a must. Must be able to understand risk modeling techniques and translate that understanding into a technical design in a distributed systems environment. Must be able to communicate design approach to both developers and senior business stakeholders. Must be able to lead a development team in an agile environment and get the most out of every team member. Key Responsibilities: * Define and implement the data models required by wholesale, capital markets and retail risk models. * Provide architectural direction, leadership and management to agile development team members. * Write and review code. Experience: * Overall 7+ years of experience designing and developing systems, preferably in a regulated environment. * Experience in leading/managing agile development team (team size 7+) * Proven technical background and analytic capabilities * Experience operating and leading in a matrix organization with a global footprint * Experience with presenting complex topics to senior stakeholders and incorporating feedback to drive the overall program in the direction set by a senior steering group * Financial engineering experience will prove valuable for the ideal candidate as they look to come up with the right model (in memory, on disk and in code) for representing data inputs for loss forecasting and predictive models Required Skills: * Strong grasp of general computer science fundamentals especially in a distributed systems environment. * Fluency with data structures, algorithms and time/space complexity is a must. * Strong grasp of operating systems fundamentals (threads, processes, multi-core and multi-node execution) * Expertise with distributed storage and compute. Apache stack (Spark, HDFS, etc.) preferred but not required as long as past experience translates over naturally. * Ability to hire strong technical talent and mentor them from a technical and soft skills perspective * Prior Financial Engineering experience will help the ideal candidate design optimal data structures to represent data inputs to risk models * Domain experience in the Risk space is highly preferred but not a necessity for the right candidate. * Technical leadership skills are valued above pure financial domain expertise.
