KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Enterprise Solutions for our Management Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Workday applications

  • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries

  • Lead the day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews

  • Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements

  • Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial/cost management policies

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of enterprise resource planning (ERP), HCM or Financials implementation and upgrade experience

  • Completion of Five full implementation with Workday HCM or Financial Data Conversion and Workday certification in HCM or Integration (Please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that doesn't currently the aforementioned certification will be required to secure one within three months from the commencement of employment

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university

  • Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level

  • Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality

  • Travel may be up to 80-100%

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities: * Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off. * Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions. * Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs. * Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements. * Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform. * Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management. Requirements: * Ideally 3-5 years of consulting experience. * Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects using SOA tools (SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, Workday Studio or other middleware platform). * Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc). * B.A. / B.S., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, computer science or other engineering discipline preferred. * Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization. * Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills. * Outstanding Excel skills. * Thrive on simultaneously operating at multiple levels and managing multiple responsibilities. * Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing, start-up environment with minimal supervision. * Ability to travel Collaborative Solutions San Francisco CA
