Wick's has over 32 years in the restaurant industry. We are currently looking for a chef to manage a new location with a different concept. You will be implemental in creating some new menu items to fit concept and .

Chef Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team.

• Create prep lists for kitchen crew.

• Manage food costing and inventory.

• Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.

• Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.

• Participate in interview process and selection of kitchen staff.

• Schedule staff and assist in limited human resources processes.

Chef Qualifications / Skills:

• Demonstrated knowledge of culinary techniques and practices

• Understanding of menu and recipe development techniques

• Strong leadership abilities

• Understanding of health and sanitation laws

• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent

• Formal culinary training and/or culinary degree

• 3-5 years experience in high-volume kitchens

• Previous kitchen management experience

• ServSafe certification (Can get certified upon hire)
