The Manager of Wholesale Operations & Account Management will lead the operational planning and execution for our wholesale business. This position will manage tactical execution of partnerships and associated activations; liaising across the organization to ensure service levels are met and drive revenue.


  • Operationalize large scale, enterprise wide wholesale agreements to ensure the delivery of our wholesale business goals while providing highest level of customer service and relationships.

  • Manage and develop key relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing relationships/partnerships with new accounts.

  • Manage the client set up process.

  • Build efficient standard operating procedures (SOPs) for wholesale operations that can adapt to the uniqueness of each customer and agreement.

  • Anticipate operational escalations and service level agreement (SLA) issues and work with stakeholders internally and externally to remedy.

  • Organize and lead cross functional meetings to ensure all stakeholders are involved in current discussions and receive clear guidelines on appropriate next steps

  • Work with key stakeholders to understand related business perspectives while ensuring alignment on delivering the wholesale SLAs.

  • Identify and manage project interdependencies that may not be known or identifiable at the project level, and lead efforts to develop approaches for managing such issues.

  • Understand wholesale business processes, identify opportunities to optimize these processes and work cross functionally to design and implement changes to business processes.

  • Oversee contract details, budgets, and timelines with the ability to adapt and react to business needs.

  • 5+ years in Wholesale Operations / Logistics

  • Must have 3+ years of account / project management experience

  • Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory, operations and production preferred

  • Relevant experience managing complex projects on tight timelines.

  • Previous experience with wholesale partnership launches a huge plus.

  • Sales and operations planning (S&OP) perspective is a key success factor.

  • Proven ability to develop framework for efficiency in communications and deliverables across multiple departments and with external teams.

Root cause Analysis should include identification of impacted parties, identification of impact, why the event happened, how the immediate issue is resolved, and steps to prevent future occurrences * Validate that all aspects of service delivery are in line with all legal and regulatory requirements.
