Your next role as a Miracle Maker

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Warehousing team as a Manager, Warehouse & Logistics. As a Manager, Warehouse & Logistics you will leads and support TriLink Operations and will be part of the Supply Chain organization. This role oversees all of Warehouse, Distribution, and Logistics operations providing supervision, leadership, mentoring, performance management for the team.

How you will make an impact:

• Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and improving warehouse & logistics operations in multiple TriLink facilities.

• Maintain a Safe and efficient workplace with a high level of engagement.

• Ensure compliance of inventory accuracy, proper PPE, handling & storage of materials, and training are up to date.

• Works cross-functionally among Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, QC & QA, Logistics partners, and Customer Service.

• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives.

• Manage escalations to ensure customer delivery expectations.

• Ensure facilities are always inspection and tour ready.

• Manage all staffing schedules to ensure coverage for all TriLink operations.

• Partner with Business Operations leadership on automation and process improvement projects.

• Identify processes and systems to reduce shipping discrepancies and increase customer satisfaction.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The skills and experience that you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; industry experience a plus.

• A minimum of 5-8+ years of professional experience dedicated to Warehouse, Distribution & Logistics.

• A minimum of 5-8+ years as a people leader.

• Working knowledge of current GMP Regulations required Experience with ERP systems required, preferably NetSuite.

• Excellent written, oral communication, and organization skills, a team player.

• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Creative thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, data analysis and reporting.

• Proven experience in creating management reports, business correspondence, and written procedure manuals.

• Knowledge of international commerce terms and harmonized tariff codes preferred.

• Ability to work with multiple logistics, shippers, vendors, and suppliers.

• Self-motivation and ability to manage competing priorities; must be able to multitask and get things done in a fast paced while under pressure and in a changing environment.

• Professional Certifications a plus

The anticipated salary range for this position is $106,000 - $120,000. In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
