Job Description:

Summary

Under general supervision, with latitude for independent judgment and decision is responsible for executing design (digital and print) for all collateral marketing materials and assets for Warner Music Nashville.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Collaborate with Artist Development team(s) to conceptualize and identify video asset needs.

  • Manage the shooting and delivery process for all video content needs as designated by VP, Creative Services.

  • Scout for new and developing directors, producers and production companies

  • Work closely with the Interactive Marketing and Digital PR teams to place video content.

  • Must have the ability to collaborate directly with artists as it pertains to video assets.

  • Work in tandem with WEA video services team to maximize efforts in production and placement of video content

  • Organize, maintain and archive video assets

  • Handle and safeguard confidential and proprietary information.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate internally and/or externally in a manner consistent with the company's Code of Conduct and core values.

  • Must be able to come to work on time without restriction as to time commitment.

  • Must be able to read and understand materials and documents and have the ability to recognize and extract critical data and information.

  • Must be able to perform all diverse physical tasks necessary to complete all the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.

  • Knowledge of video production

  • Ability to build, edit and evaluate production budgets.

  • General understanding of production equipment, personnel and workflow.

  • Videography and editing skills.

  • Basic understanding of current and developing video content platforms.

Education:

A high school level education, or its equivalent.

Skills

Must have general computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must have knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis in video production software. Must have basic videography and editing skills. Must have knowledge of general business practices; must possess a strong work ethic, strong organization skills and pay high attention to detail; must have strong communication skills (written and verbal); must possess ability to adhere to deadlines and execute on tasks and handle multiple, diverse assignments; must produce quality work and be accountable; must manage time and possess ability to work well in team; must demonstrate ability to be innovative and suggest change/improvements within scope of work; must be able to anticipate needs and create efficient and effective processes; must be self-starter, self-motivated and take responsibility/ownership of tasks; must have ability to think outside the box proactively, strategically and analytically; must consistently take initiative; must be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.

Experience

A satisfactory equivalent of education, training and experience in related fields and/or educational disciplines, sufficient to qualify for the requirements of position. At least three years experience in video production related field. Must have experience specifically in the entertainment field as it pertains to direct-connect with artists and their organizations.

CURRENT NEED The Video and Webinar Production Manager owns the development of an editorial calendar and the creation of related video formats to support the publishing frequency required to build an audience and engagement. The role is responsible for the management, production and support of live and on-demand webinar content, the management of external video and webinar production vendors. This individual is responsible for publishing content, building and testing video content on landing pages, and activating video and webinar content through organic and paid social tactics. The video and webinar production manager helps develop and implement the publishing approach required to build digital authority, audience credibility and inbound traffic around a core family of topics across video and webinar formats. This individual achieves this by aligning video and webinar content creation to support engagement with one or more target audiences. This role owns the development of an editorial calendar and the creation of related video formats to support the publishing frequency required to build an audience and engagement. He or she is responsible for the management, production and support of live and on-demand webinar content. Additionally, the management of external video and webinar production vendors. This individual is responsible for publishing content, building and testing video content on landing pages, and activating video and webinar content through organic and paid social tactics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Use audience insights, personas, keyword research, messaging themes, campaign plans, competitive information and content performance analytics to build a video and webinar calendar * Create a steady stream of primary and derivative video asset types that can be leveraged across various channels and use cases * Engage and collaborate with cross-functional participants (e.g. portfolio marketing, marketing operations, IT, agencies, freelancers) as needed to support video content ideation, creation, activation and measurement requirements * Responsible for initial project concepting and storyboarding * Coordinates the technical and physical setup and preparation, rehearsal and speaker training, moderation, recording and post-production editing * Manage webinar platform vendor reviews and ongoing performance against KPIs * Manage meeting and resource schedules, workflows and deadlines associated with video and webinar marketing activities * Execute research that aligns with audience needs, business priorities and inbound traffic goals, collaborating with a search engine optimization (SEO) agency/contractor as needed * Publish and activate video and webinar content within a video hosting service, webinar platforms, Web content management system or other tools * Collaborate with other functions to gather the information needed to optimize video and webinar content asset creation, performance and measurement * Implement, support and evangelize video and webinar marketing best-practices * Collaborate with marketing program owners, content strategists and/or campaign managers to integrate and repurpose video and webinar content where appropriate * Collect, analyze and report on success via standard marketing–related KPIs, using webinar platform, video hosting technologies, Web analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, social media management tools, content marketing software and business intelligence platforms to inform and optimize ongoing efforts * Find, hire and manage video production agencies, consultants or freelancers, including writers, graphic designers, video and interactive content producers as needed MINIMUM JOB Qualifications Education / Training: * BA in English, journalism, marketing, liberal arts, media or communications or related discipline Business Experience: * Five to 10 years of related experience (e.g. video production, publishing, editorial, journalism, content marketing, copywriting, digital marketing) * Complex project management experience * Related market/industry experience desirable Critical Skills * Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premier and After Effects) * Webinar Platforms (Go-To- Meeting, WebEx, and On24) * Knowledge of studio production and equipment expertise Specialized Knowledge / Skills: * Ability to understand, digest and articulate complex concepts for mass consumption via engaging content * Ability to develop journalistic subject matter expertise that aligns with core coverage topics * Excellent research and interviewing skills Benefits & Company Statement Change Healthcare is one of the largest, independent healthcare technology companies in the United States.
