Key Responsibilities

Leads multidisciplinary physics based teams in design experiments & data analysis

Multi modules scale system design manufacturing and validation in the lab and in the field

Oversees and approves design reviews and research and analysis results

Supports high level / complex physics related system issues in the lab and in the field.

Complex Field and production problem solving

Initiates product roadmap activities

Leads HR processes of recruit and evaluation

Responsible for specific physics field knowledge:

Instructs physics team leaders

Responsible for labs work: Infrastructure included

  • Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families

  • Applies in-depth understanding of how own discipline integrates within the segment/function

Basic Qualifications: * BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. * Proficiency in a data programming language (Python, R), and scripting languages (Unix shell), and solid experience with git. * Experience using data wrangling libraries (Pandas, Numpy), scientific computing libraries (Scipy, Statsmodels), and machine learning libraries (Scikit-learn,, MLlib, Tensorflow, Keras). * Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, MSSQL), experience with distributed querying (Spark SQL), and NoSQL systems (MongoDB). * Excellent communication skills in written and verbal forms, and an ability to communicate complex issues to a range of audience (management, peers, clients).
