Manager

Position Summary:

The Wound Care & Ostomy Program Manager is responsible for the coordination of clinical activities for IP Wound Care and the OP Ostomy Clinic. Including patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and quality improvement. The position works in collaboration with the Wound Care Medical Director, as well as Wound Care physicians / APRNs / RNs to meet departmental objectives and help ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Qualification:

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing Required

Expereince:

• 3+ Healthcare/Medical - Nursing General Preferred

• Evidence of three or more years of wound / ostomy care experience or clinical training required.

Licensure, Certification, Registration

• RN Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee or Multi-State Compact License

• BLS Basic Life Support

• Prefer CWOCN -Prefer Wound Care, Ostomy and Continence Certification (CWOCN, CWON, CWCN, CCCN, CFCA or WTA-C) or Willingness to commit to achieve specialty certification after hire will be considered.
