  • Manager Treasury Services Finance (Catholic Health):

Position responsible for cash flow management throughout Catholic Health. Responsibilities include preparation and analysis of cash flow projections, debt covenant calculations, and requested ad hoc reports. Position will be integral in preparing and monitoring internal controls, policies, and procedures relating to cash. Responsibilities also include management of transactions supporting the Catholic Health Investment program as directed.

Manages accounts payable processing and control issues, ensuring compliance with all CH expenditure policies, vendor contracts, vendor communication, escheatment process, and GAAP, as well as tax reporting. Serves as the key stakeholder for all Catholic Health vendor related issues. Maintains a working relationship with the Supply Chain Team (Management, buyers and distribution) to maintain an active "Procure to Pay" team and ensures both groups continuously monitor, address and solve issues where necessary with regard to matching, EDI processing and interdepartmental relations. In addition, this role will manage the Accounts Payable Application Analyst to ensure all new vendors are created accurately and other technical system management including accounts payable check runs, error queue tracking and maintenance, accounts payable close, invoice approval resources and routes are maintained and updated in a timely fashion.

This position will also be responsible for managing all cash balancing of patient and non-patient accounts receivable. Heavy interaction between Catholic Health Patient Financial Services and Financial Reporting Teams. Maintaining the lease management system and billing systems to verify all physician fixed and variable payments as directed by Catholic Health Legal Department, property in conjunction with the Property Management Department and other system-wide contracted services. Maintaining relationships, both internal and external, is a priority of the Treasury Manager.

SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM): Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required MBA preferred Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred Experience Five plus (5+) years of professional work experience in Finance / Accounting / Cash Management Experience utilizing forecasting and valuation techniques (DCF, NPV, IRR) Knowledge, Skill and Ability Working knowledge of US GAAP General understanding of bank regulations Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within given deadlines Highly developed analytical skills and attention to detail Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Working knowledge of accounts payable function Knowledge of PC and spreadsheet-based program required
