Job Summary:

  • As a key member of Corporate Treasury, the Treasury & Insurance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the department, including foreign exchange risk management, insurance and claims management, daily cash positioning, liquidity management and cash accounting. This individual will also work closely and proactively with other Sensient business units, tax, accounting, and legal in implementing cash, foreign exchange and insurance risk management strategies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervises daily cash and debt transactions and monitoring of global cashpool. Recommends bank products and services to streamline processes and reduce costs.

  • Administers foreign exchange hedging programs and consults with Sensient business units on FX-related matters.

  • Responsible for the insurance renewal and policy placement process. Collaborates with business units to gather exposure data and ensures data is accurate.

  • Oversees the reporting and ongoing administration of claims with TPA, insurers and/or brokers. Acts as liaison between Sensient and external parties.

  • Ensures insurance procedures and processes are maintained and communicated.

  • Maintains relationships with financial institutions and other treasury vendors.

  • Prepares insurance account reconciliations and periodic treasury reports.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required (MBA preferred)

  • Certifications as a CPA, CTP, CFA or FP&A preferred

  • Requires 6-8 years of treasury experience with an international organization

  • Experience with foreign exchange required, insurance management a plus

  • Experience with Hyperion preferred

We are focused on the next 115 years. Are you in? Job Summary The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for modeling and analysis to support the Asset Liability Management ("ALM") function. This role is critical to development and execution of the ALM model and processes, as well as performing quantitative analysis of the balance sheet and recommending capital and risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, this role will review month-end financial reports, perform variance analysis, research irregularities, and develop meaningful solutions and recommendations for bank management. The Senior Treasury Analyst will also manage the Brokered CD ("BCD") process from end to end, including modeling and executing the funding plan, and advising on loan retention and sale. Job Responsibilities * Support the research, development and implementation of the ALM model * Responsible for the monthly production of ALM metrics, such as GAP, NII Sensitivity and Liquidity * Perform scenario analysis under various economic conditions and stress test model assumptions and inputs * Document analyses, processes, and results of ALM for presentation to ALCO, regulators, and other internal and external stakeholders * Utilize analysis to develop recommended strategies designed to manage risk and improve interest rate margins * Collaborate with HDFS Accounting and HDFS FP&A to develop short and longer-term cash flow models to monitor and manage liquidity planning * Support budgeting and financial planning process; working closely with the Financial Planning and Analysis team to coordinate assumptions, methodologies, and results * Analyze and report on month/quarter-end financial data including trend, profitability and ad-hoc analysis * Develop and execute the BCD funding plan * Advise ESB on which loans to retain and which loans to sell * Assist in taking minutes at ALCO meetings and contribute as needed * Assist with call report research and preparation Education Specifications A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is highly preferred. Experience Requirements This position typically requires at least 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, asset liability management (minimum 2-3 years), quantitative modeling or similar fields. * Financial Services / Banking experience preferred * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written required * Advanced MS Excel and modeling skills are essential Competencies At Harley-Davidson it is not just about the degree you have or what you know.
