We are looking for a strong people manager to lead a team of training specialist. Training specialists, are an end-to-end owner for developing and delivering training content to educate the advertising sales team in various ad products, tools, professional development, and team/organizational culture. The manager role will be responsible leading the team that will prioritize training needs and content out of the core training programs, and scaling training globally through the team, which will be based in Seattle, NYC, London, Munich, and Tokyo. The training specialist plays a key role in scaling the sales teams' knowledge in our advertising products and business, and consistently measures training effectiveness to iterate on and improve training we create and deliver. As the team manager, it is imperative this person can establish a clear vision, effectively manage and support remote individuals, and provide cohesive training while accounting for localized needs.

In this role you will manage, set strategy, and define success for a globally-dispersed team that:

  • Delivers in-person and virtual training sessions to sales teams

  • Becomes a subject matter expert on Amazon advertising products

  • Supports new product release trainings

  • Creates and refines training content and presentations based on audience needs

  • Expands training programs and content delivered in the U.S. to the local regions, including localization of materials and delivery

  • Manages logistics for training delivered, including scheduling conference rooms, meeting requests, and ordering catering

  • Masters training software and learning systems to deliver training and report on training effectiveness, iterating on content and delivery as needed

  • Understands and acts on local training and development needs

The Field Training Manager (FTM) is responsible for training Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve qualitative dollar sales, profitability and market share for an assigned geography. The FTM role is field-based, to support assigned regions for training needs, and corporate-based, to support training/project development and execution for an assigned Facial Aesthetics brand indications. The FTM contributes to sales success by aligning closely with Area Directors to provide regional management support and execution of field-based trainings, marketing, other company initiatives, and the ongoing development of Business Development Managers and Sales Management Teams. The Senior Manager of Field Training also partners closely with the Directors of Training and Directors of Marketing to help develop training that is consistent with key marketing initiatives and correlates to identified field/customer needs. The FTM is instrumental in training program/workshop implementation/execution for initiatives that span the training continuum, such as Business Development, Advanced Business Development, special project execution/implementation, National/Area Sales Meetings, and Sales Management Team Trainings. The FTM ensures that promotional sales and marketing initiatives, along with all other self and observable responsibilities, are executed in a legally compliant manner. Northeast Market: NY, PA, MA, MD, DC Main Areas of Responsibilities Creates and coordinates the training program for newly hired and existing business development managers. Interacts with the regional hiring authority to ensure a smooth and productive initial training curriculum. Monitors and enhances BDM's progress through the post new hire training phase. Creates and coordinates the advanced training programs for progressing business development mangers. Interacts with Regional Managers, Area Directors, Marketing and Training department to develop advanced curriculum as BDMs progress in development. Responsible for monitoring and facilitating advanced skill development. Interact with V.P. Sales, marketing, Medical Aesthetics training, Area Directors to develop and facilitate and coordinate sales and marketing execution meetings at the national and Area level.
