The position

This role will develop and implement IT services that align with business needs and goals and manage IT systems to ensure efficient and effective IT service delivery.  

You will report to the Chief Financial Officer and act as a trusted resource to all members of the team in their relentless efforts to raise funds for innovative cancer research. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the resourcing, management, and measurement of key technology initiatives across the organization

• Oversee the continuous improvement of all fundraising technology and systems

• Optimize team adoption of CRM functionality, project management tools and process documentation applications

• Oversee the administrative development and implementation of key technological architecture and solutions in partnership with Pelotonia partners and technology vendors

• Manage Pelotonia’s CRM with a focus on data governance, analytics, and configurations designed to support cross functional business processes

• Work with external auditors to ensure best practice compliance with Pelotonia’s cybersecurity standards

• Administer best practice cybersecurity policies, empowering staff and partners to embrace continuous improvement and ownership of protecting Pelotonia and our community from malicious actors

• Build out reporting tools and compile insights to improve our practices and outcomes around fundraising, communications, recruitment, and impact

• Drive continuous improvement around how each member of the team engrains data-driven insights to their decision making

Specific qualifications and qualities include:

• 3-5 years of experience in providing hardware and software support, managing network infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems

• Experience with CRM database management

• Experience with project management software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized, and results-driven professional

What you can expect

• Base pay range: $80,000 - $85,000, negotiable

• Annual bonus based on organizational and personal metrics

• Flexible paid time off plus up to 10 paid holidays and an annual winter break between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day
