Instrumental in driving performance and improving production stability.
Requirement to be primary face off to CIO's and senior business stakeholders.
Continually improve IT services and ensure team takes a structured and proactive approach to resolving technology problems.
Drive Best Practices among the global application teams as well as CTB (release / change management).
Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions (SOX, circulars) and external regulatory requirements, including the management of operational risk.
Participate in the development of and effectively maintain the Incident management process.
Involvement in managing an agile development process (from a production perspective and run the bank).
Stakeholder management skills with significant background in Financial Services, previous experience supporting applications in Capital Markets, Banking and/or Insurance.
10+ years' experience supporting applications running in Unix environments and Windows environments, experience working directly with CIO's and senior business stakeholders.
5 years of leadership experience leading large production support globally distributed teams.
Agile Software development, and experience in development projects.
Familiar with risk-based decision-making and escalation.
