The Talent Development Manager is responsible for developing and driving the management and professional development initiatives for Gartner. In addition, they will be responsible for facilitating the deployment of that curriculum in the Americas region. The Manager will be responsible for developing the Gartner curriculum for professional development aligned to Gartner ways of working as well as drive the comprehensive suite of development for Gartner managers.

What You'll Do:

  • Consult with HR Partners and business leaders to identify specific management and talent needs

  • Facilitate all management and professional development programs in Americas region

  • Design/develop Gartner Professional Development curricula and manage its global roll out in partnership with the Regional Talent Management team

  • Lead talent development initiatives including but not limited to Gartner Manager Program, Tenured Manager Program, professional development and coaching/mentoring programs

  • Support leadership initiatives with facilitation as and when needed

  • Work with HRBPs on actions emerging from the Talent Review, specifically on talent development initiatives such as IDP s, program recommendations, and reporting

  • Significant impact of building strategic relationships and advising leadership team in up-skilling people capabilities within the region

  • Strong leadership qualities and skills with the ability to inspire associates to achieve people and culture objectives and high employee engagement

The Manager will interact with associates at all levels in every aspect of Talent Management. In addition, the Manager may be requested to deliver presentations and insights to Gartner s leaders in region

What You'll Need:

  • A BA/BS degree is required. Concentrations in human resources, talent management, learning and development, or related field preferred; an MBA or MA/MS is optional

  • Experience working in a regional role for an organization driving talent management, leadership development, , professional skills development, and change management in complex, international, multi-cultural and fast moving environments

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to present to senior leaders

  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor as well as exceptional planning, and execution

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Description The Talent Acquisition team advises the business to create the best strategies for acquiring the right talent. The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for reinventing talent sourcing and acquisition to identify and attract purpose driven talent to join Allstate and deliver on Our Shared Purpose. The Talent Acquisition Recruiting Enablement Manager will be responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of a strategy to provide operational support to enable the Talent Acquisition Recruiting Delivery team including the leadership of a centralized recruiting support function. Key responsibilities include: * Provide strong, credible leadership and influence to support the enablement of Talent Acquisition Delivery's strategic plan. * Support and lead a TA standard point of view on client relationship management and workforce planning * Responsible for the leadership of centralized Search Associate Team. * Lead the design and implementation of a model to optimize a centralized search associate model. * Effectively leverage the Continuous Improvement management system ensuring system is connected to the right metrics and driving team and individual performance. * Design, deliver and lead a demand and capacity framework's solutions to include prioritization criteria. * Use data analysis and reporting to measure the efficient use of recruitment resources (variable staffing: contract recruiters, RPO resources). * Partner with external vendors and internal partners to enable appropriate recruiting services. * Maintains vendor relationships. Job Qualifications The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of direct, relevant and recent experience leading teams in complex, recruiting operations. Additional preferences for the role: * Excellent relationship skills with the ability to communicate proactively and consistently. * Ability to convert data into information to influence data driven decision making. * Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of business software, including Excel. * Proficiency in implementing and delivering new programs and initiatives. * Strong business acumen. * Advanced project management skills. * Advanced business writing skills. * Strategic thinking and problem solving. * A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
