POSITION SUMMARY:

Ingredion is hiring a Talent Manager to develop and deliver unique solutions to support and grow our greatest appreciating asset, our talented employees. The Talent and Organizational Development Team is focused on bringing the power of people, technology, and science together to create solutions that make life better for our employees.

AS THE MANAGER, TALENT ANALYTICS, EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AND ENGAGEMENT, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Understanding our talent to value agenda

  • Assessing, analyze and diagnose, recommend, develop, deliver, and embed and evaluate talent development, performance management and employee engagement solutions

  • Leading the design, development, communication and continuous improvement of our annual employee engagement process

  • Leading the design, development, communication and continuous improvement of our annual performance management process

  • Leading the design, development and execution of our talent assessment for development solutions

KEY DELIVERABLES. THE MANAGER, TALENT ANALYTICS, EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AND ENGAGEMENT POSITION IS WELL-SUITED FOR YOU IF:

  • Development employee engagement listening strategy and development of multi-year business plan

  • Development performance management strategy and multi-year business plan.

  • Development talent assessment for development strategy, multi-year business plan and management of the tools and resources necessary to deliver against our talent and business strategy.

  • Selection of vendors, collaboration and co-creation with our preferred partners who support our talent analytics, employee engagement and performance management efforts

  • Design, development, and continuous improvement of all tools and resources needed to support our talent analytics, employee engagement and performance management efforts.

  • Development and delivery of our talent scorecard and quarterly/annual tracking of our KPIs and metrics.

  • Collaborate and partner with the Leadership and learning team to identify essential skills to be developed in key talent and all employees, and minimize training costs by focusing on key development areas.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

  • A Master's degree in the following or a related field: Human Resources management, Instructional Leadership, change management, data analytics, I/O psychology, organization development, business, communications, machine learning, artificial intelligence, strategic marketing or a related field.

  • Relevant certification (e.g. SPHR/CIPD) is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics

  • 5+ years of experience with survey and assessment design and interpretation

  • 3+ years of project management experience

  • 3+ years change management experience

  • Experience designing and implementing employee engagement programs

  • Experience with procedures for performance management

  • Familiarity with Human Resources software, candidate management systems, social media platforms, and data analytics /predictive analytics platforms

  • Strong verbal, questioning, and writing skills, as well as non-verbal communication skills

  • Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
