This role will assist the Managing Director of Initiatives and Programs in driving and delivering Talent Acquisition Programs for Webster Bank and HSA. These programs will be to increase productivity, improve applicant flow, and reduce time to hire. Enhances the employer brand through social media and other recruitment channels. Develops multiple partnerships internally and externally to increase productivity and deliver a better talent acquisition experience. The incumbent will recruit for Technology positions and take on additional overflow of requisitions in any business, including HSA, Commercial and Call Center jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent will assist and execute against the Talent Acquisition Strategic Initiatives. These will include the Webster Bank employee branding efforts, College and University relations, and other programs and initiatives.

  • Assist in delivering against the TA Social Media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter).

  • Implements and identifies partnerships that will support the TA strategy including apprenticeship programs, diversity programs and external vendor relationships.

  • The role will work towards increasing operational efficiencies within Talent Acquisition.

  • Deliver against the firms Diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility efforts.

  • Recruit for the Technology Recruiting Portfolio and any overflow of requisitions from the TA Partners regardless of complexity.

  • Think outside the box and suggest innovative ideas using AI or other process improvement techniques to increase efficiency.

Skills, experience, education:

  • Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition with responsibility for full cycle recruiting.

  • Experience understanding technology needs, sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring process.

  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Proven ability to problem solve and manage large scale projects.

  • Proven success driving programs from start to end.

  • Expert knowledge in the use of LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.

  • Experience with social media recruitment marketing a plus.

  • Strong data and analytical mindset - able to make informed decisions supported by data and analytics.

  • Understanding and interest in the employment market landscape.

  • Innovative thinker willing to try new things. Utilizes technology to increase productivity and efficiencies.

  • Experience with Workday a plus.

  • Very strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and initiatives at the same time.

  • Superior communications skills both written and oral.

  • Collaborator and able to work cross functionally within TA, HR and with businesses outside of HR, especially Marketing, Legal and Technology.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Yellow Belt preferred working towards Green Belt ideal.

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000USD to $110,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
