Overview

The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence across the Talent Acquisition function through Talent Acquisition programs, processes, and operations. The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations will be responsible for creating and analyzing data to ensure we optimize our return on talent investment.

Responsibilities

  • Manages J. Jill vendors, including program management, contract compliance, invoicing, SLA adherence

  • Leads RFPs, support Master Service Agreements/Statements of Work development and ensures vendors are meeting the business and talent needs of J. Jill

  • Manages vendor performance and drive accountability for service of Talent Acquisition operational vendors

  • Ensures all the Talent Acquisition policies, guidelines, and processes are documented, posted and properly communicated to Talent Acquisition team

  • Ensures continuous improvement for all the Talent Acquisition programs

  • Stays up-to-date on external trends and best practices for enabling Talent Acquisition efficiency

  • Ensures compliance within J. Jill Talent Acquisition processes

  • Manages and administers the applicant tracking and CRM systems; trouble shooting technology issues

  • Develops and delivers ongoing system training, internal recruiting processes, full system administration

  • Researches and recommends external Talent Acquisition Technology solutions

  • Provides recruiting technology support to the recruiting team

  • Manages and generates all the required Talent Acquisition reports (including functional reports, quarterly dashboards, and ad hoc reports)

  • Identifies and reports trends and makes continuous improvements based on learnings and business needs

  • Provide ad hoc reports and access to Talent Acquisition metrics based on business requirements to improve decision making

  • Assists Talent Acquisition team with sourcing support as needed

Qualifications

  • Great attention to detail, highly motivated and a passion to deliver the very best in Talent Acquisition Operations

  • Strong problem solving skills to determine root cause of technical problems with the ability to document effectively and resolve timely

  • Must be able to deliver results with little supervision in a highly dynamic environment

  • Experience working with HRIS team and third party vendors to resolve systemic issues, pursue enhancements, and implement configuration changes

  • Strong analytical and decision making skills ability to evaluate metrics, programs, and processes

  • Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to communicate with users, subject matter experts

  • Experience in building comprehensive reports and analytics and presenting recommendations

  • Ability to research, analyze, and write recommendations

  • Ability to multitask with an attention to detail, confidentiality, and technical procedures

  • Ability to develop maintain collaborative and effective working relationships

  • Experience owning and driving vendor relationships on day to day issues and escalations

  • 6+ years human resources experience, with a focus on talent acquisition programs

  • 2+ years developing and delivering HR analytics; Metrics and Scorecards

  • 3+ years Applicant Tracking Systems and strong project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree required
