Overview

The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence across the Talent Acquisition function through Talent Acquisition programs, processes, and operations. The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations will be responsible for creating and analyzing data to ensure we optimize our return on talent investment.

Responsibilities

  • Manages J. Jill vendors, including program management, contract compliance, invoicing, SLA adherence

  • Leads RFPs, support Master Service Agreements/Statements of Work development and ensures vendors are meeting the business and talent needs of J. Jill

  • Manages vendor performance and drive accountability for service of Talent Acquisition operational vendors

  • Ensures all the Talent Acquisition policies, guidelines, and processes are documented, posted and properly communicated to Talent Acquisition team

  • Ensures continuous improvement for all the Talent Acquisition programs

  • Stays up-to-date on external trends and best practices for enabling Talent Acquisition efficiency

  • Ensures compliance within J. Jill Talent Acquisition processes

  • Manages and administers the applicant tracking and CRM systems; trouble shooting technology issues

  • Develops and delivers ongoing system training, internal recruiting processes, full system administration

  • Researches and recommends external Talent Acquisition Technology solutions

  • Provides recruiting technology support to the recruiting team

  • Manages and generates all the required Talent Acquisition reports (including functional reports, quarterly dashboards, and ad hoc reports)

  • Identifies and reports trends and makes continuous improvements based on learnings and business needs

  • Provide ad hoc reports and access to Talent Acquisition metrics based on business requirements to improve decision making

  • Assists Talent Acquisition team with sourcing support as needed

Qualifications

  • Great attention to detail, highly motivated and a passion to deliver the very best in Talent Acquisition Operations

  • Strong problem solving skills to determine root cause of technical problems with the ability to document effectively and resolve timely

  • Must be able to deliver results with little supervision in a highly dynamic environment

  • Experience working with HRIS team and third party vendors to resolve systemic issues, pursue enhancements, and implement configuration changes

  • Strong analytical and decision making skills ability to evaluate metrics, programs, and processes

  • Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to communicate with users, subject matter experts

  • Experience in building comprehensive reports and analytics and presenting recommendations

  • Ability to research, analyze, and write recommendations

  • Ability to multitask with an attention to detail, confidentiality, and technical procedures

  • Ability to develop maintain collaborative and effective working relationships

  • Experience owning and driving vendor relationships on day to day issues and escalations

  • 6+ years human resources experience, with a focus on talent acquisition programs

  • 2+ years developing and delivering HR analytics; Metrics and Scorecards

  • 3+ years Applicant Tracking Systems and strong project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree required

YOU WILL: * Collaborate with business leaders and HR business partners to develop a recruiting strategy that meets the changing workforce needs of the high growth business. * Develop, initiate and implement a wide range of creative and cost-effective direct sourcing strategies aligned to each function. * Lead and develop a recruitment team responsible for sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding. * Develop a diversity recruiting strategy, and oversee the affirmative action plan as it relates to talent acquisition. * Plan, develop, and direct recruitment processes and programs for the company, ensuring all sourcing, selection, offer and onboarding activities are effective and efficient and are consistent with policies and standards. Develop and communicate recruiting and onboarding policies and standards as needed. * Partner with marketing to develop and implement an employer branding strategy that differentiate the company as an employer of choice. * Own the candidate experience; create a strategic candidate journey. * In partnership with the HR operations team, design and develop reporting that provides the appropriate insights to management, the recruiting team, and the broader HR department. * Oversee the company's relationships with all posting/sourcing channels and recruitment agencies, engaging in contract negotiation and onboarding of new third-party partner. * Act as functional owner of the applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools/platforms ensuring that we are maximizing the capabilities. Evaluate and recommend new tools as appropriate. * Participate in the full life-cycle of recruitment for select open requisitions. * Facilitate immigration and visa sponsorship activities in partnership with the HR Business Partners and Legal. TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU MUST HAVE: * Requires a BA/BS degree * Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with 3+ years in a managerial role * Healthcare, technology, or services industry experience preferred * Requires high volume and executive recruiting experience * Excellent relationship building and communication skills * Ability to demonstrate subject-matter expertise in the talent acquisition field * Strong management skills with experience leading and developing a recruiting team * Highly motivated and commercial with a strong process and detail orientation * Effective negotiation skills * Strong business acumen with the ability to utilize data and metrics to drive decision-making * Strong technical skills including experience and understanding of applicant tracking systems, sourcing and assessment tools, social media, Microsoft Office suite; Must be an advanced Linked-in user * Understanding of immigration and other talent acquisition regulations and compliance Teledoc Quincy MA
