Our Enterprise Talent Acquisition Reporting Analytics team delivers processes, tools, and data insights that help in the recruitment of top talent.
As the Metrics and Insight manager, you will help shape the stories that affect business decisions and risk in the talent acquisition space. You will be responsible for providing the facts, insights, and business rationale to advance the Talent Acquisition and Global HR Operations team's agenda. S/he must develop a deep understanding of the team's priorities and support the VP Talent Acquisition in executing on these priorities.
Translating the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team's business objectives into problem statements for the Business Intelligence and Analytics team to examine
Formulating hypotheses and providing specific input to analysts and data scientists to shape their analyses, reports, and analytic solutions; providing intelligence, strategy, and insight for all data requests, including adhoc, project, that result from senior leader requests or proactively work to address executive level concerns.
Identifying insights from large and complex data sets and articulating the resulting business implications, recommendations and action items to senior leadership.
Developing compelling narratives and presentations to communicate key findings and implications to executive audiences.
Coordinating across functions (e.g. business leaders, HR business partners, compensation, supply chain & real estate, finance, operations, systems) to develop and execute strategic initiatives and to communicate key messages on behalf of TA and HR Operations.
Providing oversight and project management for specific initiatives.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
Two or more years of experience supporting Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition.
Experience developing and delivering presentations utilizing visual platforms such as PowerPoint, Visio, Tableau, Qlik Sense.
Experience manipulating and slicing data in tools such as MS Excel, Tableau, Qlik Sense.
Experience in quantitative and qualitative problem-solving.
Ability to take a hypothesis-driven approach to data analytics and work with large data sets.
Ability to possess high attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Comprehensive project management experience from structuring work plans to overseeing execution across functions.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize and balance multiple competing initiatives.
