This new wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company will create more than 1,700 jobs when production begins in 2026.

• Lead recruitment sourcing strategies to attract top talent based on data analysis and metrics-driven execution

• Develop scalable and streamlined full cycle recruitment processes to effectively select candidates

• Utilize diverse sourcing techniques (active and passive) to source candidates for open positions

• Guide Human Resources and Business Units in creation of candidate profiles

• Partner with community organizations to facilitate the building of future talent pipelines

• Partner and collaborate closely with all levels of the organization, including the leadership team to ensure all staffing requirements are met

• Manage relationships with internal and external recruitment vendors such as RPO, independent consultants, search firms, etc.

• Develop branding and communications to craft the candidate experience

• Deliver and report recruiting metrics and initiatives to the leadership team

• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters to deliver quality talent for BlueOval Battery Michigan
