About your role

The Manager Talent Acquisition is responsible for planning, developing and managing all aspects of talent acquisition and overall end-to-end recruiting process globally . The Manager TA creates strong partnerships with (senior) leaders and HR Business Partners's to develop and implement hiring strategies based on the unique needs of each function and/or region while ensuring a strong focus on candidate and client experience. The manager coaches the team on new talent acquisition strategies navigating and resolving supply/demand issues.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead a highly efficient and customer-facing Talent Acquisition Team by developing a team of respected Talent Acquisition professionals who are business knowledgeable, proactive, responsive and client-focused, ensuring consistency in recruitment strategy and practices across the business;

  • Responsible for the attraction, assessment, and selection of talent by partnering with business leaders & HRBP's to design comprehensive and creative sourcing strategies that will create a pipeline of diverse top talent to drive business success;

  • Coach and consult with hiring managers on recruitment best practices to ensure the business meets and achieves its goals;

  • Lead the recruitment process, from developing demand planning to attraction and sourcing strategies, to offer and onboarding;

  • Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally;

  • Develop Strategic Workforce Planning scenarios, through collaboration with Global (HR) Leadership to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address organizational needs.

  • Responsible for reporting on metrics and performance, and analyzing trends to identify and proactively solve potential issues;

  • Continue to enhance our Employment Value Proposition that reflects the company's dynamic and growth-oriented culture, ensuring Bioventus will be attractive to all types of target candidates;

  • Continuous improvement: refine and increase the quality of search delivery and diversity of slates. Stay abreast of employment trends affecting the recruitment function, current employment legislation and policies.

You will utilize your excellent relationship building, negotiating, and technical skills to be successful in this role.

  • 8+ years proven Talent Acquisition experience, with 2+ years leading Talent Acquisition teams;

  • Global exposure or experience preferred;

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience;

  • Master's degree a plus;

  • Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and building strong and influential relationships at all levels within an organization; problem solving and proactive service orientation;

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to package information in clear, concise executive level ready format;

  • Proven ability to drive programs, lead people through change and meet deliverables in a complex environment;

  • Ability to effectively deal with conflicting priorities;

  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.

  • You are able to engage customers by linking their business priorities to Bioventus' value proposition.

This role will be based in our Raleigh, North Caroline office (RTP). Partnering closely with Sr. Recruiters & Talent Acquisition Managers, this role will focus on sourcing and generating talent pipelines for hiring needs within IQVIA's Regional and Global business units across North America. The Sourcing Specialist will target professionals with skill sets that fall within (but not limited to) Clinical, R&D, Consulting, Solution Sales, Data Analytics and Technology. This is a faced paced role that will require experience and flexibility to shift gears quickly while delivering pipelines of top industry talent to accommodate the aggressive hiring goals of our business. Key Responsibilities * In close liaison with the Associate Director, TA Operations & Delivery, Sr. Recruiters and Talent Acquisitions Managers, manage the execution of recruitment and sourcing strategies for all assigned requisitions. * Proactively source passive and active talent through social channels, job boards, ATS system, referrals and other creative avenues to generate robust talent pipelines. * Present screened, qualified candidates to Sr. Recruiters and TA Managers to be presented to hiring stakeholders across the business in consideration for critical hiring needs as assigned. * Provide regular status updates to Sr. Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Managers being supported on pipeline activity, challenges and market intelligence. * Compile and distribute key sourcing, hiring & market data (including adhoc requests) to TA Leaders to help educate business leaders, drive sourcing strategy and enable faster, smarter hiring decisions.
