Manager, Talent Acquisition
Location: Madison, NJ

Under limited direction, responsible for managing recruiting team and handling the full cycle recruiting responsibilities for R&D positions. Will be sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates, and manage R&D Talent Acquisition recruiters across the US. This is an management position within the Talent Acquisition organization and this lead will work in conjunction with the R&D HR Business Partner, R&D leadership and all related HR functions (Shared Services, Compensation etc.)
The incumbent in this role should be prepared to execute the following:
*Manage a group of experienced professional R&D recruiters. You should manage and coach performance and development; monitoring recruiting wins and opportunities
Maintain knowledge of all current openings and manage capacity as needed.
Leverage metrics to identify best practices and areas of opportunity; and then champion and lead solutions accordingly.
You will use cost and time effective strategic and recruiting practices that ensure diverse sourcing strategies that lead to quality hires.
Partner with the R&D and HR Leaders and Managers, providing recruiter support for filling critical positions up to the VP level. (This will include retainer base searches)
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field from an accredited college or university, and ten (10+) or more years full-life cycle recruiting experience, including at least two (2) years experience at a managerial level. Familiarity with Taleo, and Workday (or with an applicant tracking systems) a plus.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Incumbents in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor, moderate noise levels and frequent business travel (up to 5 percent). Work is performed in an office environment
