This person will be responsible for driving organizational efficiency across the Rokt sales, operations and business analysis teams. The primary goal is to ensure that our strategy, operations, training, process, and services are continuing to evolve to meet our ever-growing customer needs.

The role will identify opportunities for sales and operations process improvement and facilitate the successful implementation of new programs by ensuring a change-management approach that is fully integrated into program design and decision making, both informing and enabling strategic direction. This includes data and analytics, talent development, and process optimization.

This role coaches, and mentors sales leadership to identify market and team-specific opportunities to accelerate people growth and improve sales efficiency. This requires an intimate understanding of the human side of change management the alignment of our companys culture, values, people, and behaviors to encourage the desired results and foster an organization of continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Institutionalize and continuously evolve an enterprise discipline and sales strategy roadmap for Sales, Operations and Professional Service teams
  • Evolve sales reporting and other meaningful internal intelligence to drive actionable insight on the sales business, people, and process.
  • Lead enterprise change management to build an organizational understanding of changes, establish support, and effectively implement evolved models.
  • Optimize Sales leadership talent [Sales, Service, Accounts] through coaching and development
  • Develop best-in-class sales and account management skills through enablement
  • Institutionalize and continuously evolve an enterprise discipline for service strategy and operations roadmap

Specific Ownership Responsibilities

  • SALES STRATEGY
    • Ideal Customer Profile including dissemination and adoption throughout the organization
    • Conduit to Product to collate view of our prioritized requirements
    • Conduit to Finance and Legal to collate view of our prioritized requirements
  • REVENUE MANAGEMENT
    • Revenue reporting (metrics, methodology, frequency)
    • Forecasting and Pipeline (methodology, inputs, outputs)
    • Revenue Models for target input (region, vertical, product, people)
    • Commissions structure
    • Systems to support client and revenue management
  • CLIENT / ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
    • Sales Programs
    • Client satisfaction reporting (metrics, methodology, frequency)
    • Account Strategy (including QBR) methodology, documents, best practices
    • Project management methodology, best practices, and frameworks
    • New Business lead program (Inside Sales, prospecting, ABM)
    • Account Tiers definition
  • SALES TEAM IMPROVEMENT
    • Onboarding (methodology, processes, people)
    • L&D (talent onboarding through to continual enablement)
    • Team structure (roles, responsibilities, people)
    • Commission plan management and execution
  • SERVICE OPERATIONS
  • Institutionalize and continuously evolve an enterprise discipline for service strategy and operations roadmap
  • Collaborate with Professional Services team leads to gather needs, challenges and growth opportunities that would inform the strategy and roadmap.
  • Evolve service tracking, reporting, measurement to provide actionable insight on the services business, people, and process.
  • Lead, mentor and develop Professional Services Operations team to execute the established enterprise service strategy for operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product and Corporate Operations teams to successfully deliver on enterprise solutions for clients.

Position Summary: At a pivotal time in the WNBA's history, the WNBA is looking for a Senior Consultant, Business Strategy and Operations to work closely with senior management to set the growth strategy for the league and develop goals and KPIs in line with the overall league priorities of revenue growth and demand creation. This position acts as the liaison and resource for all groups that partner with the WNBA product including Marketing, TMBO, Digital/Social, Global Partnerships, Public Relations, Strategy, Finance, Pubic Relations and Social Responsibility. The Senior Consultant, Business Strategy & Operations will serve in a crucial role as part of an agile team within the NBA organization, working diligently and flexibly to drive the success of one of the nation's top professional sports leagues.
