7+ yearsrelevant experience - which includes 3-5 years in shared servicesoperations/deployments, and 5+ years with a multinational consumer productscompany.
Experience with broad business exposure anddirect experience in implementation of business change and process improvementinitiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communicationskills; ability to effectively communicate status, issues, and risks withleadership team.
Influencing skills that support the achievementof objectives in like with the department and organization's requirements.
Strong shared services background (managing andworking with a third-party provider a plus) specifically in record-to-reportand/or source-to-pay processes.
MS Office specifically Visio, PowerPoint, and
Customer service and cross-functionalinterpersonal skills.
Deep operational process subject matter andexpertise.
Consistent attention to detail.
Process optimization background (LEAN, SixSigma) preferred.
