The Manager, Strategic Sourcing is responsiblefor strategic sourcing activities across Wyndham Corporate Indirect StrategicSourcing. This position reports to the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing. Thisrole will work closely with various stakeholders within the corporate businessfunction to identify the appropriate provider(s) for products and servicesrequired to fulfill business initiatives, and work with key suppliers tonegotiate pricing, commercial terms, and performance commitments in order tomeet stakeholder requirements.
Essential Job Functions
Negotiate multimillion dollar enterprise wide
Agreements for Corporate Indirect goods and services across corporatecategories such as Finance, HR, Marketing, Brands etc.-30%
Workcollaboratively with corporate business stakeholders to forge strongrelationships, understand business requirements, and identify and implementcost and process improvements-30%
Investigate and establish new sources ofsupply, research new supplier relationships, and provide on-going management ofthe existing supply base in conjunction with business stakeholders-20%
Partner with Finance and businessstakeholders to understand financial budgeting processes to track and measurecost savings and cost mitigations-10%
Review and analyze supplier and enterprisespend data, develop reporting dashboards for key corporate business stakeholders, provideprofessional presentations on products and services-10%
Non-Essential Job Functions
1.Coordinate new supplier registration with MSP provider
2.Represent WHR Strategic Sourcing on internal committees, task forces, etc.
3.Publish various spend reports on a quarterly basis
4.Support Business on all RFX exercises through e-procure software
5.Identify diverse supplier capabilities to engage in business opportunities
