What You Do.

• Strategic Contribution: Support strategic sourcing objectives, execute projects aligned with category and business strategies, perform Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), negotiate legal agreements, and support cross-functional projects.

• Execute Category Strategies: Identify potential sourcing opportunities, perform spend analytics, collaborate with category leads and functional business owners on supplier management, lead/execute sourcing events, and track market trends.

• Organizational Alignment: Assess supplier capabilities, collaborate with business partners for productivity and operating efficiencies, and pursue operational efficiencies with suppliers.

• Leadership / People Development: Support the management of a high-performing Sourcing and Procurement team, and support organizational change management around sourcing and supplier processes.

• Must be able to travel up to 15% of time.

Your Education and Experience.

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• At least five to seven years' of Sourcing experience required.

• At least one year of supervisory responsibilities preferred.

• CPM, APP, CPSM or equivalent certificates preferred. Driver's License required.

• Strong computer skills are necessary, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. This includes word processing, spreadsheets, presentation programs and strong utilization of the Internet. SAP skills are helpful, but not required.
