Responsibilities:

The Senior Program Manager, Ecommerce Promotions will be responsible for the digital marketing promotional strategy, tactical planning and measurement across websites.; Partnership with cross-functional teams including Brand Management, Online Media, PR, and Promotions in order to develop integrated strategies and programs.; Will work closely with Agency, Internal Production, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to lead development of marketing websites and other digital marketing initiatives.; The Sr. Program Manager, Ecommerce Promotions will conduct analysis to evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs and lead creation of best practices, as well as, create and present digital marketing strategy and plans to cross-functional teams and upper management.; Will identify digital marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation, both online and offline to aid in the development of campaign strategies and plans.; Responsible for defining audience segmentation recommendations and vehicles to leverage in market.; Must have a strong understanding of Direct Marketing metrics and the associated processes involved with monitoring and managing program effectiveness, including experience launching test programs and leveraging information to enhance strategic or tactical approaches.;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, other related degrees

Other Information:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in ecommerce marketing field

  • Digital Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital Promotions, Strategy

  • Extensive knowledge of Digital and Social marketing programs including: production, online media, social behavior, research, and analytics

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and team management

  • Strong time management skills

  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions oriented

  • Experience managing small teams or working in cross-functional environments

  • Initiative to drive change in quickly evolving space

  • Knowledge and focus on marketing analytics and ROI

  • Peoplesoft, Customer Database, web platforms

Reports to: Sr Engineering Manager, Productivity #LI-CF1 Job Summary: VA/VE Program Manager II (PM II) is mainly responsible for achieving VA/VE productivity, (Financial Targets) set by Productivity and VA/VE Director, for product categories produced for and by Newell Brands, Appliance & Cookware Business Unit. VA/VE Program Manager II provides leadership in project management and collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet VA/VE productivity targets. VA/VE Program Manager II is to manage a global development cross-functional teams from "Ideation" to "Execution" of VA/VE productivity solutions that meet cost savings targets, schedule, quality and performance. Additionally, she/he will aid in the both the accuracy and analysis of project financial savings, planning & report out. Job Responsibilities: * Achieve savings targets as set by Director of Productivity & VA/VE, and tracked in Corporate Productivity Tracker * Use financial information and analysis to support fact-based business decisions. * Lead quarterly ideation sessions (internal and external) to maintain VA/VE full funnel value as set by Newell Brands Corporate Productivity Leadership. * Develop and submit new VA/VE projects for review and approval at the weekly GKM * Leads Network Planning Sessions to collaboratively develop project timelines. * Develop requirements and project plans with date driven deliverables and holds team and self-accountable to meet these plans * Review and provide feedback on engineering design with Engineers at suppliers or plants. * Lead cross-functional team at factories and Boca Raton office to drive alignment and successful project outcome of all VA/VE projects assigned * Establish weekly team meetings & communication that drive project execution. * Collaborate with Newell Brands Far East Team members on development and execution of VA/VE projects and ideas. * Manage project scope alignment, adherence and changes to ensure successful project delivery. * Motivate and monitor project team members and contractors while influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. * Identify and resolve issues within the project team and escalate issues as needed. * Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. * Develop self as a role model for professionalism and leadership. * Recognize, celebrate and reward successes of individuals and of teams. * All other duties as assigned by the A&C VAVE Director * • Ideal Candidate Profile: * Bachelor's degree in engineering.
