At Mirum we ensure web analytics data used for monetization, user experience delivery and content distribution is actionable, complete and correct. We are looking for an experienced digital analyst to support analytics solutions using tag management software for enterprise websites, apps and distributed content. The Analytics Lead will become intimately familiar with clients' Adobe Analytics architecture and implementation inclusive of Adobe Launch, Target and AEM. The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of analytics tools and have experience working with tag management solutions and mobile SDKs to implement analytics tracking.
The successful candidate will be a proven great communicator, well organized, have the ability to execute analytics development tasks, be comfortable interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to understand business challenges and desired outcomes. The successful candidate will be passionate about the quality of the data being delivered, and understand how to transform data into actionable insights for our clients.
Translate business goals, KPIs, and reporting requirements into technical analytics specifications and implementation strategies.
Plan, implement, and configure analytics solutions that match the client's needs to include: reporting, analytics tracking, offline and online data integration, testing and personalization
Contribute insights to evaluate and optimize monetization, user experience delivery and content distribution efforts
Create dashboards in Adobe Analytics Workspace for use by client and team that reflect the implemented analytics capability and answer key business questions
Develop efficient data extraction and integration solutions for using Adobe Analytics data outside of the Adobe Analytics tool
Develop test variations and administer tests in Adobe Target
Share research findings and best practices with team, company and clients including customer insight, benchmarking, and industry updates
Become expert in our client's Adobe Analytics, Tag Management, Target and other relevant digital analytics solutions
Adapt related implementation strategies while optimizing tag management instance
Enforce conventions and best practices in tag management
Laisse with development and engineering teams around technical communications & deliverables including but not limited to writing specifications, face-to-face troubleshooting, updating tickets in JIRA
Document tribal knowledge, internal processes, client specific information in a centralized location accessible to the wider team and client, such as Confluence and JIRA
Keep up to date on advances in Adobe Marketing Clouds related to analytics and testing inclusive of tools, process, & documentation
Provide client and team support for issues or questions regarding their digital analytics solutions
Ensure the quality of analytics projects from end to end, from initial documentation to the resulting data that is collected and reported.
Ensure data is being collected accurately.
Document test plans and best practices.
Help to research new tools and best practices, with an emphasis on building repeatable practices
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field. Including but not limited to: economics, mathematics, business, finance, social sciences, computer science, or information management.
3 years of dedicated experience working with Adobe Analytics and DTM
Clear understanding of data, data management, data infrastructure and marketing applications
Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Domo, Data Studio, etc.)
Experience with SQL
Excellent verbal and written skills
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Experience working at an agency preferred
