This Manager, Learning Reporting will support Global Ethics & Compliance training and awareness efforts across the associate learning journey. If you love data, have a strong tech background, and champion integrity, this may be the role for you.

What you'll do…

  • Manage the functional deployment and support of Ethics & Compliance content and reporting solutions across internal platforms within all US and international markets: align content deployment with business requirements; maintain consistency through quality-control measures; and provide stakeholder updates.

  • Analyze and ensure accuracy of learning functions (i.e., learning systems, reporting, associate data) by creating, maintaining, and evaluating data with internal systems or actual results.

  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and requirements for data-driven solutions and system enhancements that support strategic learning functions across US and international markets.

  • Take ownership in one or multiple team objectives by analyzing issues, scoping the work, and implementing a plan of action while using available tools and resources (i.e., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) to efficiently manage workflow and documentation.

  • Use proficiency in data access and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery, Dataiku and experience with data-wrangling techniques, such as cleaning, transforming, and merging data from multiple sources, to evaluate effectiveness of assigned programs and initiatives.

  • Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.

What you'll bring…

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in project management, technical development, data analytics, data science, or related roles.

  • You have compelling, persuasive oral and written communication skills and can build strong cross-functional relationships.

  • You possess strong collaboration skills and are adept at working in a team-focused environment and liaising with various technical and non-technical teams to drive solutions.

  • You thrive in ambiguity, driving clarity and results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

  • You have a comprehensive understanding of data analysis and reporting and are proficient in SQL, data query languages, and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

  • You are skilled in maintaining data integrity through regular quality checks, troubleshooting system- and data-related issues, and strong analytical capabilities to root cause opportunities and deliver actionable insights.

  • You have proven experience in translating business requirements into innovative process and technical solutions that drive growth and leveraging data to inform business strategy and process design.

  • You have curiosity and an ownership mindset to dig into business problems beyond the task or data.

  • You can think strategically and follow through tactically.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
